Surveys Going Out! Closing on July 6th!

Hey all!

Just a quick update to let you all know that surveys have started rolling out! They will close on July 6th at 11:59PM CST, so be sure to fill yours out by then to guarantee you get the rewards you want.

Cards won't charge for survey add-ons/shipping until pins are finished and on their way to me. And you'll still be able to edit your address after surveys close.

Reminder for backers with failed pledge payments—
If there is no successful payment by June 29th at 11:59PM CST, your pledge will be considered abandoned and will be canceled. You will also be put on my blacklist and will be blocked by Backerkit staff from supporting any of my future campaigns.

Yes, I will still cancel your failed payment pledge even if you fill out the survey. Payment is required by the above deadline to keep your pledge.

And I opened the pre-order store! It will also close on July 6th at 11:59PM CST.

Hey all! Thanks for all of your support on Poncho!

I’m happy to report that all 3 of the finalized sponsor pins have been successfully paid for, so they will all remain available for anyone to claim via surveys when they go out in ~2 weeks :D

That being said— we still have 16 failed payments totaling nearly $500. This is a huge chunk of funding that is really needed for production, so PLEASE check and fix your payment methods.

Howdy hey gays!!

ALL STRETCH GOALS ARE NOW UNLOCKED, SO PONCHO'S PRIDE PINS IS FULLY FUNDED! 🎉



I think we're close enough that we'll be able to hit the final stretch goal for Napkin the Agender Fox by the end, so I'm just declaring them unlocked now! This is a HUGE milestone for me to have a campaign fully fund and I can't thank you all enough 😭

I'm already cooking up a possible Poncho-centric pin campaign for Pansexual Pride in December. I'd love to do a small set of 6-8 pins where he's wearing all his favorite hats & non-hat objects! Gold crown, tin can, flower pot, you name it. If you have any ideas what you'd like to see Poncho wear on his head, feel free to comment them :3

Also... maybe a little Poncho plush? Perhaps of the keychain variety? HMMM... 🤔


What happens next?

Since we’re nearing the final hours of the campaign, here is some important info as we transition to post-campaign!

The campaign ends on June 16th at 3AM CST and your pledge will be charged.
Once it ends, Backerkit typically charges payment methods within 24-72 hours. I do not offer refunds, so be sure to adjust or cancel your pledge before then!

What if my payment fails?
If this happens, you will receive an email from Backerkit informing you of the failure with instructions on how to fix it. Backerkit will attempt to recharge your payment method ~7 days after the initial charge.

How do I choose the rewards I want?
Backerkit will send out surveys via email around June 30th (some of you may get them a day or two before this to help me discover any issues or errors). This is where you’ll be able to see any freebies you qualify for, choose your pledge rewards, pick any other add-ons you’d like, and fill out your address.

You will also confirm your payment method for the shipping costs, which will be charged closer to fulfillment. If you add other add-ons to your order, you will be charged for them at the same time as your shipping cost. Don’t worry, I’ll post an update and send an email warning before you’re charged for shipping costs so it’s not a surprise. You will still be able to update your address until right before I begin shipping.

Surveys will close and orders will lock on July 10th. Be sure to fill yours out by then to guarantee you get the rewards you want!
